The following terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Tap to Pay Cash Match Campaign ("Campaign") offered by SweatPals, Inc.
1. Campaign Overview
This limited-time promotion is designed to encourage use of the SweatPals Tap to Pay (POS) feature. During the campaign period, eligible hosts will receive 50% cash back on qualifying Tap to Pay transactions—capped at a per-host and per-customer level, and while funds remain in the campaign pool.
Payouts are issued via Stripe after a short review process.
2. Promotion Period
The campaign runs for 14 days from the moment it is activated in-app.
Hosts may continue to redeem rewards for up to 7 days after the earning period ends.
The campaign will end when either:
The $20,000 bonus pool is fully distributed, or
The 7-day redemption window closes — whichever comes first.
3. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the 50% rebate, all of the following conditions must be met:
The transaction must be processed using SweatPals Tap to Pay via the mobile app.
The sale must occur during a verified in-person event listed on the SweatPals platform.
The time and location of the transaction must match the listed event.
The host must have a connected and valid Stripe account to receive payouts.
SweatPals may request proof of event participation or item sold to verify eligibility.
4. Payout Limits
Per Customer: Up to $15 in cash match per unique customer.
Per Host: Up to $200 in total rebates per host.
Global Campaign Pool: Up to $20,000 will be distributed, tracked in real-time via an in-app banner.
All payouts are first-come, first-served until the pool is depleted.
5. How Payouts Work
Transactions are reviewed daily using SweatPals' internal tools.
Most transactions from verified SLG hosts will be automatically approved. Others may require manual QA.
Approved payouts are sent via Stripe within 5–10 business days of redemption.
6. Fraud & Misuse
SweatPals reserves the right to withhold, delay, or deny payout if fraud is suspected or if eligibility criteria are not met. This includes but is not limited to:
Use of test accounts or duplicate customer profiles
Sales processed outside of live event windows
Transactions that cannot be verified as in-person or authentic
7. Additional Terms
SweatPals may pause, modify, or cancel this campaign at any time.
The offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash outside of the program.
