TERMS & CONDITIONS
Eligibility Requirements:
• Sales must be processed via SweatPals Tap to Pay during verified in-person events
• Transaction location must match event location and time window
• Maximum rebate: $15 per unique customer, $200 per host
• Campaign earning window: 14 days from launch
Payout Process:
• Eligible transactions validated daily
• Payouts processed via Stripe transfer
• SweatPals may request proof of event and items purchased
• SweatPals reserves the right to deny payout for suspected fraudulent activity
Additional Terms:
• Total match pool limited to $20,000 – first come, first served
• Matching stops once pool is depleted
• Pool balance updated daily
• All decisions by SweatPals regarding eligibility are final
• Standard SweatPals payment processing fees still apply
