Please read carefully before participating. By signing below, you agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that yoga, Pilates, stretching, strength, and related movement activities ("the Activities") involve physical
exertion and carry inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, and other injury. I am
voluntarily participating with full knowledge of these risks and choose to do so at my own risk.
2. Physical Condition
I confirm that I am physically able to participate and have no medical condition that would make participation unsafe. I
understand I should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. I will listen to my body, modify or stop
as needed, and not push beyond my own limits. I participate at my own pace and discretion.
3. Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate, I release, waive, and hold harmless Sol House, Lindsey Kerani, The
Collective, A Space for Growth LLC, the instructor(s), and the host venue and its owners and staff (collectively, "the
Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation in the Activities,
including those resulting from the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties, to the fullest extent permitted by Texas
law.
4. Venue & Outdoor Conditions
I understand classes may take place outdoors and/or at a bar or restaurant venue, and that conditions such as
weather, heat, uneven ground, and surroundings are outside the instructor's control. I accept responsibility for my own
belongings and personal safety on the premises.
5. Media Release
I grant Sol House permission to use photos or video taken during class for marketing and social media. If I do not
consent to this, I will notify the instructor in writing before class.
I have read this waiver in full, understand it, and sign it freely. I am 18 years or older (or signing as the parent/guardian
of a participating minor).
