## This is for the girls (or guys 😉) that want to feel like their best selves this summer! Fit, toned, and glowing with strength from the inside out ✨

## We’ll be going through a series of fun dance workouts with your favorite Afro tunes, targeting your legs, core, and upper body. You can purchase a single class ticket for a stand alone class drop-in, or you can purchase the 4 class pack and attend all 4 classes with a discount!&#x20;

What To Bring:

1. -A comfortable workout outfit that lets you move
2. -A bottle of water (or 2)
3. -Hand towel (to wipe away that glistening sweat 🤭 also optional)

-A sweat sesh buddy (bring a friend!)
