the alignment session is 40 minutes on a saturday, blocked off for women who are exceptional at showing up for everything except themselves. breath, alignment, and the radical act of not checking your phone.



no experience required. no performance review at the end. many attendees are coming solo.



it's free. spots are limited. consider this your calendar hold.



**the session**

full-body mat pilates class led by a balanced body–trained instructor, built around alignment ... the physical kind and the other kind.



expect intentional movement, a slower pace than your inbox, and cues you can actually follow.



all levels welcome. modifications offered throughout, because scaling down is a skill too.
