About this event
Feel the sand between your toes as you sweat, strengthen, and ground yourself in our intimate Beach HIIT sessions. We blend circuit & HIIT training with the natural elements of the beach.
All you need to bring is yourself - we'll bring water, equipment, and take care of the rest.
๐ Location: Adjacent to Jonathan Beach Club.
When you get here, look for the Beach HIIT Club flag!
