This high-intensity, low-impact class utilizes a fitness rebounder to strengthen all major muscle groups, improve cardiovascular health, boost balance and stability, and provide a high caloric burn. Please note that this class requires participants to jump and add exercises and choreographyn without the support of a handle on the fitness rebounder. 
Tennis shoes required.
