What would it feel like to give your mind and body permission to slow down for a little while?

Join us at **The Healing Tree Collective** for a guided journey combining **breathwork + sound healing** to help you step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself.



This experience begins with guided breathwork. You’ll learn simple breathing practices designed to bring awareness back into your body, support relaxation, and give you practical tools you can continue using outside of class.



From there, you’ll get comfortable and settle into a **sound bath experience with crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other grounding instruments.** After intentionally working with the breath, the sound portion gives you space to simply rest, receive, and notice what comes up.



You don’t need any experience with breathwork, meditation, or sound healing.&#x20;



**All levels are welcome.**



### WHAT TO EXPECT

☯️ **Welcome + Intention Setting**
We’ll arrive together, get grounded, and introduce the breathing practice we’ll be exploring. The technique may vary from session to session.

☯️ **Guided Breathwork**
Learn and practice accessible breathing techniques while building a deeper awareness of your breath and body.

☯️**Grounding with Sound**&#x20;
Get comfortable, close your eyes if you’d like, and experience crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other sounds and vibrations.

☯️ **Integration + Closing**
We’ll leave time at the end to slowly come back, reflect, journal if you’d like, and integrate the experience.

You’ve been feeling busy, overstimulated, mentally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or simply curious about learning new ways to slow down.



This isn't about being good at breathwork or knowing how to meditate.



Our hope is that you leave not only having experienced something new, but with a better understanding of your breath, your body, and a few tools you can carry into everyday life.
