This high-energy, music-driven workout lets you run, jump, squat, lunge, and soar through the air while challenging your entire body. The bungee system reduces pressure on the joints, creating a fun, low-impact workout that still delivers an incredible full-body burn.



No bungee fitness experience is required. Our instructor will guide you through the equipment setup, safety basics, and foundational movements before building into an exciting routine. Modifications are available, making the experience approachable for beginners while still challenging experienced fitness lovers.

Please wear fitted workout clothing or leggings that cover the backs of your knees. Avoid loose clothing, skirts, shorts, jewelry, or anything that could interfere with the harness. Bring water and arrive 15 minutes early for check-in, harness fitting, and safety instructions.



Grip socks are required. Bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio.
