That’s part of why we created this Thursday Sound Bath ❤️

Think of it as an **end-of-week check-in.**



An intentional hour to pause, decompress from everything you've already carried this week, and realign before moving into the weekend.



You don't have to wait until you're completely exhausted to slow down.

### WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?

If you've never experienced a sound bath before, the name can be a little confusing.



There is no water involved😄



A sound bath is a meditative experience where you rest while different instruments are played around you.



During our sound baths, you'll hear **crystal singing bowls and other grounding instruments**, creating layers of sound and vibration throughout the space.



And one of the reasons people love sound baths is because **you don't have to know how to meditate.**



If sitting silently and trying to “clear your mind” feels difficult, sound gives your attention somewhere to go.

Listen to the bowls.

Notice the vibration.

Notice your breathing.

Notice your body.



And when your mind wanders.. which is completely normal you can simply come back to the sound.



### WHAT TO EXPECT

🔅 **Welcome + Intention Setting**
We'll begin with a gentle grounding practice, introduce sound healing, and give you time to settle into the space.

🔅 **40-Minute Sound Bath**
Get comfortable and experience an immersive journey with crystal singing bowls and other sounds and vibrations.

🔅 **Integration + Reflection**
We'll slowly return with time to notice how you're feeling, reflect, journal, or optionally share.
