**A Deep Release for the Body & Emotions** is a candlelit Yin Yoga and sound bath experience designed to support physical release, emotional softening, and nervous system regulation.

The hips are one of the body’s primary storage centers for stress, trauma, and unprocessed emotion. Through long-held Yin postures, grounding breathwork, and intentional stillness, this class gently stresses the fascia and connective tissues of the hips and pelvis—allowing tension to release over time rather than force.

The practice concludes with a **20-minute sound bath during savasana**, using vibration and frequency to support deep relaxation and integration. The sound bath allows the nervous system to settle, helping the body absorb the benefits of the practice without effort.

Expect a slow, meditative pace, deep sensation, candlelit ambiance, and moments of quiet introspection. This class is grounding, emotionally spacious, and deeply restorative.
