I’m hosting another Candlelight Yin Yoga + Sound Bath for women that are feeling tense, overstimulated, or like their body has been in go-mode for too long.



This class is designed to support your nervous system through slow Yin Yoga, breath, stillness, guided meditation, and sound healing. We’ll move through gentle floor-based postures that focus on the hips, spine, heart, and lower belly/womb space. These are areas where a lot of us tend to hold stress, emotion, and tension.



This is not a workout-style yoga class. The pace is slow, the room will be candlelit, and the focus is on helping your body feel safe enough to soften and release.



After the Yin portion, I’ll guide you through a meditation while you’re in savasana, then we’ll transition into a calming sound bath.



Tea will be available before and after class. **Yoga mats and blocks are provided.**



No experience is needed. Just come ready to slow down, breathe, and give your nervous system a moment to rest :)&#x20;
