This 90-minute candlelit Yin class is a slow, grounding journey into the *soft body,* the part of you that exists beneath tension, stress, and overstimulation.

For the first 60 minutes, we’ll sink into long, gentle Yin holds that unwind the hips, heart, spine, and shoulders. Each pose is an invitation to release what you've been carrying and to let your body be held with ease. This class is all about slowing down, melting into stillness, and giving yourself permission to rest.

We’ll close with a deeply restorative 20-minute sound bath designed to soothe your nervous system, calm the mind, and help you integrate everything you softened and released.

No experience is needed. All levels, all bodies, and all backgrounds are welcome here.
