As the sun begins to set, settle in for an hour of Reiki and soothing sounds. An invitation to slow down, rest, and offer yourself a little extra love and care.

We’ll explore bringing compassion to the younger version of ourselves and making space for softness, curiosity, and joy.

Afterward, enjoy 30 minutes to mingle and connect. Come solo or bring a friend. Everyone is welcome. 🫶
