As Downtown Riverside comes alive with art, music, and movement, we slow down together through gentle, beginner-friendly yoga outdoors on the patio.



No experience needed. No pressure.

Sip & Stretch Event Waiver & Participant Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a ticket and selecting “Agree” during registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms outlined in this waiver and participant agreement. Selecting “Agree” serves as my electronic signature and has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

2. Acknowledgment of Physical Activity

I understand that participating in the Sip & Stretch event includes physical activity such as stretching, mobility exercises, and light yoga-based movement.

I acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks including, but not limited to:

Muscle strain
Sprains or injury
Dizziness or fainting
Aggravation of existing health conditions and even death

By participating, I confirm that:

I am voluntarily participating in this activity.
I am physically able to participate in light fitness activity.
I will listen to my body and modify or stop participation if I feel pain, discomfort, or dizziness.

I assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of my participation.

3. Release of Liability

By purchasing this ticket and attending the event, I release, waive, and discharge Beginner Gym Girlies, Riverside Food Lab, Wonderland Bake Shop, Copper Goat Coffee, and all associated owners, partners, instructors, staff, volunteers, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in the event.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Personal injury or illness
Accidents or incidents occurring before, during, or after the event
Serious injury, disability, or fatality
Property loss or damage

I understand that participation in this event is voluntary and that I attend at my own risk.

4. Transportation & Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the event.

Beginner Gym Girlies, Riverside Food Lab, Wonderland Bake Shop, and Copper Goat Coffee are not responsible for:

Transportation to or from the event
Any accidents or incidents that occur while traveling to or leaving the event
Lost, misplaced, or stolen personal belongings during the event

Parking permits, payments, tickets, towing, etc.

Participants are encouraged to keep personal items secure at all times.

5. Alcohol Acknowledgment

I understand that this event may include the optional consumption of alcoholic beverages such as mimosas or bubbly.

By purchasing a ticket, I confirm that:

I am 21 years of age or older if I choose to consume alcohol.
I will drink responsibly.
Beginner Gym Girlies and Riverside Food Lab are not responsible for any incidents related to alcohol consumption.

Non-alcoholic beverage options may be available.

6. Yoga Mat Policy & Ticket Inclusions

Participants acknowledge that yoga mat availability depends on the ticket type purchased.

VIP – All-Inclusive Experience

Includes yoga mat rental provided by the host.

Bestie Bundle

Includes yoga mat rental for each registered participant.

Bring Your Own Mat Ticket

Participants are solely responsible and encouraged to bring their own yoga or fitness mat.
Mat rentals are not guaranteed with this ticket unless participant adds a mat rental.

Participants are responsible for the care of any rented mats during the event.

7. Photography & Media Release

By attending the event, I grant permission to Beginner Gym Girlies, Wonderland Bake Shop, Copper Goat Coffee, and Riverside Food Lab to capture photos or video footage during the event for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes.

I understand that these images may be used in promotional materials, advertisements, websites, and social media platforms.

If I prefer not to appear in photos or videos, I understand it is my responsibility to notify the event host prior to the start of the event.

8. No Refund Policy

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing a ticket, I acknowledge and agree that:

Tickets are non-refundable, regardless of attendance.
Tickets may not be refunded due to scheduling conflicts, illness, or personal circumstances.
In the rare event that the host must cancel or reschedule the event, ticket holders will be notified and provided with available options.

9. Participant Responsibility

I agree to:

Follow all instructions provided by the instructor.
Respect the venue space and other participants.
Participate in a safe and respectful manner.

10. Electronic Signature

By purchasing a ticket and selecting “Agree” during registration, I acknowledge that I have read this waiver and agree to all terms outlined above. I understand that selecting “Agree” constitutes my electronic signature and legal consent to participate in the Sip & Stretch event.
