Inspired Warrior Project and Meets Fitness are bringing you a **Summer Community Hike Series** designed for ALL levels whether you’ve lived in Colorado your whole life or you’re brand new to the mountains.

**Starting May 30th + meeting once a month**, we’ll be building strength, endurance, and confidence together… all leading up to something BIG.

**THE GOAL: A 14er Summit in September**

We’ll be working our way up to hiking **Mt. Sherman (14,036 ft)** on **September 12th** one of Colorado’s most beginner-friendly 14ers.

No experience? Perfect.
We’ll guide you every step of the way.

## **WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE HIKE SERIES:**

* Monthly community hikes (May–September)
* Supportive, no-judgment environment
* Build endurance + confidence at your own pace
* Meet like-minded people in your city
* Move your body + clear your mind in nature
* ALL levels welcome, come solo or bring a friend.&#x20;
* We will provide electrolytes, protein drinks, water and or snacks.

## THE 14ER RETREAT EXPERIENCE (OPTIONAL ADD-ON)

For those who want the FULL experience, we’ll be staying together in a beautiful Airbnb to celebrate, connect, and summit as a team.

**Retreat Includes:**

* 2-night Airbnb stay
* Swag bag for all participants
* Friday evening welcome + group dinner
* Early morning Mt. Sherman hike (Saturday)
* Post-hike celebration dinner
* Hot tub + recovery time
* Games, connection, and community bonding
* Sunday breakfast before departure

INSPIRED WARRIOR PROJECT – EVENT WAIVER & RELEASE
BY ATTENDING THIS EVENT/HIKE, I ACKNOWLEDGE AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS EVENT MAY INCLUDE PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES SUCH AS FITNESS CLASSES, MOVEMENT, OR OTHER WELLNESS EXPERIENCES. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL RISKS, BOTH KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INJURY, ILLNESS, OR ACCIDENT THAT MAY OCCUR DURING PARTICIPATION.
2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR INJURY
I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE THE INSPIRED WARRIOR PROJECT, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, VOLUNTEERS, AND REPRESENTATIVES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS FOR INJURY, ILLNESS, ACCIDENT, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN THIS EVENT.
3. THIRD-PARTY VENDORS & SERVICE PROVIDERS
THE INSPIRED WARRIOR PROJECT DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY ACTIONS, NEGLIGENCE, MISCONDUCT, OR OMISSIONS OF ANY THIRD-PARTY VENDORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, PARTNERS, OR OTHER PARTICIPANTS INVOLVED IN THE EVENT. I UNDERSTAND THAT ALL SERVICES, TREATMENTS, DEMONSTRATIONS, OR ACTIVATIONS PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES ARE AT MY OWN RISK.
4. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PERSONAL ITEMS
I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE INSPIRED WARRIOR PROJECT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PERSONAL PROPERTY AT THE EVENT.
5. MEDICAL RESPONSIBILITY
I CERTIFY THAT I AM PHYSICALLY ABLE TO PARTICIPATE AND WILL SEEK MEDICAL CLEARANCE IF NECESSARY. I AGREE THAT I AM SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MEDICAL CONDITIONS, TREATMENTS, OR EMERGENCIES THAT MAY OCCUR.
6. MEDIA RELEASE
I GRANT PERMISSION FOR THE INSPIRED WARRIOR PROJECT TO PHOTOGRAPH, FILM, OR OTHERWISE RECORD THE EVENT AND TO USE MY IMAGE, LIKENESS, AND VOICE FOR MARKETING, PROMOTIONAL, OR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES WITHOUT COMPENSATION.
7. NON-REFUNDABLE TICKET POLICY
I UNDERSTAND THAT ALL TICKET SALES, MEMBERSHIPS AND RETREATS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DEATH, SCHEDULING CONFLICTS, PERSONAL EMERGENCIES, OR FAILURE TO ATTEND. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
8. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
BY ATTENDING THIS EVENT AND OR HIKE, I CONFIRM THAT I HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND VOLUNTARILY ACCEPT THIS WAIVER, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY.
