The week doesn't have to end with a rush. This all-levels class is a chance to slow down, breathe, and come back home to yourself.



For an hour, nothing else matters but the mat (or your own quiet corner, if you're joining from afar).



There's no pressure to be anywhere but where you are. Whether it's your first class or your five-hundredth, you'll be met with gentle guidance, spaciousness to move at your own pace, and permission to simply be present.
