**Ebb & Flow: A Movement Exploration with Claribella Reeve**

**Tuesday, October 6th @ 6:30PM**

Discover the art of moving with intention.

**Ebb & Flow** is an open-level movement class that invites you to explore the body through the fluid dance techniques of **waving** and **threading**. Together, we'll slow down to understand the mechanics behind seamless movement, learning how breath, pathways, and transitions create a sense of ease and flow.

As the practice unfolds, technique gives way to intuition. Guided prompts will encourage you to explore your own rhythm, connect more deeply with your body, and move beyond choreography into authentic expression.

The experience concludes with a free-flow movement journey where there are no right or wrong steps, only an invitation to listen, release, and let the movement carry you.

Whether you're an experienced dancer or simply curious to move in a new way, this class offers a welcoming space to build body awareness, creativity, and confidence through movement.

**Expect:**
✨ Learn the foundations of waving and threading
✨ Explore breath, rhythm, and fluid movement
✨ Guided improvisation and creative expression
✨ Open to all experience levels

Come as you are. Leave feeling more connected to your body, your breath, and the natural rhythm already within you. Soaking garden access included after class!
