**Elevated Sound Bath Meditation at Millennium Park Summer Workouts**

This summer, Elevated Sound Bath Meditation joins the Millennium Park Summer Workouts, bringing live sound to the Pilates and Yoga sessions on select Saturdays. Experience your practice layered with the resonance of an Elevated Sound Bath  deepening your movement, your breath, and your rest.

These outdoor workouts are free and open to all.
