EMBODYED is a therapeutic dance experience. It's designed to help you shake off what you've been carrying and reconnect to the part of you that's been waiting to come alive. Through fluid, expressive, full-body movements, you get to experience the language of your body without judgment and give yourself permission to be full out and free in your own skin. This is where stuck energy starts to shift, where confidence builds from the inside out, and where you remember what it feels like to be completely, unapologetically YOU. No dance experience required, just an open + curious heart.
