EMBODYED is a therapeutic dance practice created by Nikki Norenberg and shared through a growing community of licensed instructors. It's designed to help you shake off what you've been carrying and reconnect to the part of you that's been waiting to come alive. Through fluid, expressive, full-body movement, you'll experience the language of your body without judgment and give yourself permission to be fully expressed and at home in your own skin. This is where stuck energy begins to move, confidence grows from the inside out, and you remember what it feels like to be completely, unapologetically YOU. No dance experience required—just an open and curious heart.
