Terms and Conditions Liability Release

Use of our sauna and ice bath facilities is at your own risk. It is important to consult with a healthcare professional before engaging in these activities, particularly if you have pre-existing health conditions. Pregnant individuals, those with cardiovascular issues, or other medical concerns should seek medical advice prior to use. We are not liable for any injuries, health complications, or adverse reactions that may occur during or after sauna and ice bath sessions. Please follow our guidelines for safe usage and stay within recommended time limits.
 

1. Age Restriction: Users must be at least 18 years old to utilize our sauna and ice bath facilities. Minors may only access these services under the supervision and consent of a legal guardian.

2. Consultation with Healthcare Professional: It is strongly recommended that individuals consult with a healthcare professional before using our services, especially if they have cardiovascular issues, are pregnant, or have other medical conditions that may be exacerbated by heat or cold exposure.

3. Time Limits: Users must adhere to recommended time limits for sauna and ice bath sessions. Excessive use can lead to health risks, and our business is not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from misuse. While everyone's time threshold will vary, we recommend 30 minutes maximum for Sauna and no more than 6 minutes for the ice baths.

4. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. Please secure your valuables in the designated areas provided.

5. Prohibited Substances: The use of alcohol, drugs, or any other substances that may impair judgment or pose additional health risks is strictly prohibited on our premises.

6. Maintenance of Facilities: Our business reserves the right to temporarily close facilities for maintenance or repairs. Advance notice will be provided whenever possible.

7. Code of Conduct: All patrons are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner towards fellow users, staff, and the facility. Any disruptive or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

8. Liability Waiver: By using our sauna and cold plunge facilities, users acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with heat and cold exposure, and they waive any claims against our business for injuries, health complications, or damages incurred during or after sessions.

9. Health and Safety First: Users must prioritize their health and safety. Adhere to guidelines, consult with a healthcare professional before usage, and disclose any medical conditions that may impact your ability to safely use our facilities.

10. Hygiene Standards: Maintain personal hygiene by showering before entering the sauna and/or cold plunge. Properly dispose of used towels and adhere to facility cleanliness guidelines.

11. Appropriate Attire: Wear appropriate clothing and use provided towels while in the facilities. Nudity is NOT permitted in any of our communal areas.

12. Courtesy Towels: Use personal/provided 
towels or other provided materials to sit or lie on when using the sauna. This helps maintain cleanliness and hygiene.

13. Equipment Care: Treat all equipment and facilities with care. Report any malfunctions or issues to staff immediately.

14. Privacy and Modesty: Respect the privacy of others. Avoid unnecessary or disruptive conversations and maintain a modest demeanor in shared spaces.

15. Compliance with Staff: Follow instructions provided by staff members regarding facility usage, safety guidelines, and emergency procedures.

16. Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to help us improve our services. Report concerns or issues promptly to staff.

17. T & C Adherence: Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions and code of conduct expectations may result in the termination of facility access without refund.
