Come flow with me under the beautiful oaks!



Flow & Release is a weekly all-levels class that's both energizing and gentle: we open with about 40 minutes of breath-led vinyasa to warm up and wake up the body, then ease into 20 minutes of slow, deep yin and stretching to release tension and restore.



Whether you're brand new to the mat or a longtime practitioner, you belong here. Classes are kept small and welcoming because this is as much about building a community of like-minded people as it is about the practice itself.



Come as you are. New faces are always welcome!



**What to bring:** your mat, water, and comfortable clothes you can move in.



**Good to know:** street parking is available out front — arrive about 10 minutes early to settle in.
