Flow with Pita is a bilingual boutique yoga sculpt experience that blends movement, strength, mobility and Latin music in a welcoming space where everyone belongs.
Expect a challenging but accessible workout, great playlists, lots of encouragement and an amazing community.
Whether it’s your first class or you’ve flowed with us before, you’ll leave feeling stronger, energized and connected.
✨ All levels are welcome.
🤍 Bring your own yoga mat if possible. A limited number of mats are available to borrow.
🏋🏻‍♀️ Weights are provided.
💧 Just bring water and yourself.
