YOGA CLASS LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE

By participating in this yoga class/event hosted by Relentless Optimism Wellness LLC (“ROW”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
   I understand that participation in yoga, fitness classes, breathwork, stretching, and related activities involves physical movement and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, muscle strain, falls, dizziness, dehydration, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, or other physical harm.

I understand this class takes place outdoors on a patio or similar surface, which may include uneven ground, weather-related conditions, heat, wind, sun exposure, insects, moisture, nearby traffic/noise, or other environmental factors.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

2. HEALTH CONFIRMATION
   I certify that I am physically capable of participating in this activity and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation. I understand it is my responsibility to consult a physician before participating if I have concerns about my health or physical condition.

I agree to stop participation immediately if I feel pain, dizziness, discomfort, or any other concerning symptoms.

3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and discharge Relentless Optimism Wellness LLC, its owners, instructors, contractors, employees, volunteers, venue partners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in the class or event, including injuries, property damage, or loss.

4. PERSONAL PROPERTY
   I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings at all times. ROW is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

5. PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE
   I understand that photos and videos may be taken during classes or events for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending, I grant Relentless Optimism Wellness LLC permission to use my image, likeness, or voice in promotional materials, social media, and marketing content without compensation.

If I do not wish to appear in photos or videos, I will notify the instructor or organizer before class begins.

6. WEATHER & EVENT CHANGES
   I understand outdoor classes may be modified, rescheduled, relocated, or canceled due to weather or safety concerns.

7. AGREEMENT
   By participating in this class/event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and release of liability.
