Beach Yoga Waiver of Liability

Valentina Villegas (also known as @vale.flows on Instagram) urges all participants to obtain a physical examination from a doctor prior to participating in any exercise program, yoga session, ocean activity, or use of any complimentary wellness services offered at this event.

By signing this waiver, I hereby affirm that I and/or my minor children are in good physical condition and do not suffer from any known disability or condition that would prevent or limit my participation in this event. I agree that my voluntary participation in Beach Yoga, ocean activities, complimentary B-12 shots, and/or receiving free items or services from participating vendors shall be undertaken at my, and/or my minor children’s, sole risk.

I hereby expressly and forever release and discharge Valentina Villegas, @vale.flows, all event sponsors, vendors, volunteers, affiliates, property owners, and any representatives from any and all claims, injuries, damages, actions, or causes of action, whether arising from negligence (active or passive) or otherwise, connected with participation in this event.

I understand that this event may include physical exercise (yoga, Pilates-inspired movements, stretching), time in or near the ocean, and participation in activities involving third-party vendors. I fully accept that participation carries inherent risks, including but not limited to: slips, falls, dehydration, muscle strain, joint or skeletal injuries, drowning, allergic reactions, side effects from complimentary B-12 shots, or other health complications up to and including serious injury or death.

I assume full responsibility for myself and/or my minor children for all risks of injury, loss, or damages that may result from:
(a) participation in the yoga session, ocean activities, or other event-related activities,
(b) the condition of the venue, beach, or equipment,
(c) participation in services or consumption of products offered by vendors, including complimentary B-12 shots,
(d) the actions of other participants, guests, or invitees.

I also grant full permission for the use of my name, likeness, image, voice, and/or photography or video taken of myself and/or my minor child(ren) in connection with this event, for advertising, promotion, and publicity purposes in any media, worldwide and in perpetuity, without compensation.

By signing this waiver, I affirm that I have read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions stated above. If the participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign and consent on their behalf.
