Pilates

By participating in this outdoor Pilates class, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk
I understand that Pilates and physical exercise involve inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, dizziness, soreness, and other injuries. I also understand that participating outdoors may involve additional risks associated with weather, uneven or slippery surfaces, terrain, insects, plants, and other environmental conditions.

I voluntarily choose to participate and assume responsibility for the risks associated with the class.

Health & Fitness
I confirm that I am physically able to participate in the class. I understand that I am responsible for determining whether Pilates or exercise is appropriate for me and that I should consult a physician or other qualified healthcare professional if I have any concerns about my ability to participate.

I agree to listen to my body and to stop exercising or notify the instructor if I experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other concerning symptoms.

Outdoor Conditions
I understand that the class may be affected by heat, cold, sun exposure, rain, wind, uneven ground, or other outdoor conditions. I agree to bring appropriate clothing, water, sunscreen, and any other items reasonably necessary for my comfort and safety.

The instructor or class organizer may modify, postpone, relocate, or cancel the class when conditions are considered unsuitable or unsafe.

Release and Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release and hold harmless the instructor, class organizer, property owner, and their respective employees, agents, and representatives from claims arising out of my participation in the class, including claims for personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss, except to the extent caused by conduct that cannot legally be waived or released.

Personal Responsibility
I agree to follow reasonable instructions provided by the instructor and to conduct myself in a manner that does not knowingly endanger myself or others.

I understand that this waiver is intended to apply to my participation in the outdoor Pilates class and related activities.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver, have had the opportunity to ask questions, and voluntarily agree to its terms.
