Friday Night Lights is a high-energy HYROX-inspired training experience hosted at Five Star Fitness on the first Friday of every month. Expect race-inspired workouts, loud music, lights, and an atmosphere that pushes you to work hard while having a blast.

Every month brings a fresh challenge, whether it’s a partner workout, team relay, benchmark test, or competition-style event. Designed for all fitness levels, you’ll be coached through the session with scalable options so everyone can jump in, from first-timers to seasoned athletes.
