This is a slow flow yoga for stress release followed by a soothing sound bath. This class is designed to help people close out their work week (unplug), and transition into the weekend with mindfulness and self care.

Somatic Yoga is a slow, body-led practice that invites you to move from the inside out. Rather than pushing into postures, you'll be guided to tune into sensation, release held tension, and reconnect with your body's natural wisdom.&#x20;

This 45 minute class draws on somatic principles — gentle, intentional movement that speaks directly to the nervous system — making it a deeply supportive practice for anyone navigating stress, burnout, or simply the pace of daily life.

No prior yoga experience is needed, and no flexibility is required. Whether you're new to movement or returning after time away, this class meets you exactly where you are. You'll leave feeling more at home in your body — settled, spacious, and more present than when you walked in.

A Sound Bath is a deeply restful, fully immersive experience where you do nothing but lie down and receive. You'll be bathed in resonant tones and vibrations produced by instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes — sounds that guide the nervous system into a state of calm, often reaching depths of relaxation that are difficult to access on your own.

There's nothing to do, no experience needed, and no way to do it wrong. This class is open to absolutely everyone — those new to wellness practices, those managing anxiety or chronic stress, and anyone who simply needs permission to stop and be still. Many guests describe the experience as the most rested they've felt in months.

**Every ticket includes full access to our soaking garden**, available to you after class for as long as you need. We encourage you to linger, integrate, and let the water do its work.

LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE AGREEMENT

THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT – READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING

I. GENERAL RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree that my participation in any and all activities, services, and amenities provided by Dream Bath INC – DBA: Beyond Bathe, Bathe, BATHE SOCIETY, and/or SUD Productions LLC (collectively referred to as the “Company”) is entirely voluntary and undertaken at my own risk. I fully understand and accept that the use of facilities, including but not limited to the stock tank cowboy pool, dry sauna, infrared sauna, cold plunges, and outdoor showers (collectively, the “Facilities”), carries inherent risks of bodily injury, health complications, illness, communicable diseases, or death. I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, illnesses, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in or using the Facilities.

I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, and legal representatives, expressly release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from or in connection with my use of the Facilities, including but not limited to injuries, health conditions, or death resulting from negligence or any other cause, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, to the fullest extent permitted under Texas law.

II. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS BY ENTRY
By entering the premises of Bathe, all individuals acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. All non-member visitors must complete and sign a waiver before using the Facilities and are subject to the same terms and conditions outlined herein. Members are solely responsible for ensuring that any guests they bring comply with all Facility rules and sign a liability waiver prior to entry. Members accept full responsibility for the conduct and liability of their guests.

On designated “Media Days,” by entering the premises, you acknowledge that you have been given ample notice and voluntarily consent to the use of your likeness, image, and/or voice in photography, video, and other media captured for promotional purposes. These rights are granted in perpetuity to the Company and its partners without compensation. You may opt out by notifying the Company in writing at least 24 hours in advance.

III. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand and acknowledge that the use of the Facilities—including but not limited to dry saunas, infrared saunas, cold plunges, cowboy pool, outdoor showers, and natural terrain—carries inherent risks. These may include, but are not limited to: slips, falls, dehydration, heat exhaustion, cold shock, hypothermia, allergic or skin reactions, muscle cramping, dizziness, loss of consciousness, and aggravation of pre-existing medical conditions such as cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, or metabolic disorders. I further acknowledge the potential for exposure to communicable diseases (including but not limited to COVID-19), as well as risks arising from limited supervision and outdoor environmental conditions such as sun exposure, insects, or temperature changes. I voluntarily accept all such risks and agree that my use of the Facilities is entirely at my own risk.

IV. HEALTH CONDITIONS AND MEDICAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I understand that the use of the Facilities is not suitable for everyone, and I certify that I am physically and medically fit to participate in all activities provided by the Company. I further acknowledge that:

Pregnant individuals should consult a physician before using any Facilities, as excessive heat exposure may be harmful to fetal development.

Individuals with heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, diabetes, epilepsy, respiratory conditions, or any other serious medical conditions should consult a physician prior to use.

Individuals who are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications that may impair judgment or physical abilities should not use the Facilities.

I am solely responsible for monitoring my own health and safety and agree to discontinue use if I feel lightheaded, dizzy, faint, or otherwise unwell.

V. INDEMNIFICATION
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to my participation in any activities or use of the Facilities, including claims made by guests I bring to the property.

VI. PERSONAL PROPERTY & LOCKER USE
I understand that the Company does not provide secured lockers, and that all personal belongings are stored at my own risk. The Company is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

VII. AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE
Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be settled through binding arbitration in the State of Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. I waive my right to a trial by jury or to participate in any class action proceedings.

VIII. SEVERABILITY
If any portion of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

IX. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND SIGNATURE
I have read and fully understand this Liability Waiver and Release Agreement. I voluntarily agree to all its terms and confirm that no representations, statements, or inducements apart from those stated herein have been made. I acknowledge that I am signing this Agreement voluntarily and intend for it to be legally binding on me, my heirs, and assigns.
