Full Moons represent a pivotal time in the month to release what no longer serves you. Paired with a soundbath, you experience the full body release you didn’t know you needed. From the root, to your crown chakra, we will guide you through a releasing practice that will help with releasing what no longer serves you.



As with all Full Moon meditations, you are guaranteed to leave with less stress, more awareness and a prompt to help you actualize your best self.



The moon operates on a 28-day cycle, mirroring the feminine monthly cycle. This is no coincidence, its an invitation to hold yourself accountable along side the moon. Journaling and releasing on a monthly basis sets the intentions to truly honor your best self. &#x20;



This event will start promptly at 7:30PM. You are encouraged to arrive around 7:15PM to get yourself comfortably set up.&#x20;
