Start your Friday grounded and connected with **Ground & Flow**, a weekly wellness experience hosted by **Aluna Wellness Club** at 1 Hotel Austin.

The 50-minute experience begins with **35 minutes of mat Pilates**, focused on strength, alignment, and mindful movement, followed by **15 minutes of sound bath + guided meditation** to help calm the mind and reset the nervous system.

Classes take place in **The Field House Yoga Studio or on the Terrace, weather permitting** (15th floor).

**Parking:** Limited garage parking, discounted valet available, and rideshare encouraged.
**Equipment:** Mats provided just bring water!&#x20;
