Handstand Mastery is a one-hour, technique-focused class designed to help you build strength, confidence, and control upside down. Whether you’re kicking up for the first time or refining a freestanding hold, this class meets you where you are and gives you a clear path forward.



Open to all levels, from complete beginners to experienced hand balancers, this class is ideal for anyone with a background in gymnastics, cheer, yoga, or no experience at all. If you’ve been hesitant to go upside down or are working through the fear of falling, you’ll learn how to safely bail, build trust in your body, and develop confidence in every attempt.



Each session blends targeted conditioning, alignment work, and progressive drills to build the strength and awareness required for efficient, controlled handstands. You’ll practice kicking up with intention, stacking your body for balance, holding with stability, exploring controlled movement, and exiting safely.



Expect a supportive, focused environment where quality takes priority over quantity. You’ll leave with practical tools, improved body awareness, and the strength and technique needed to make consistent progress in your handstand practice.
