An invitation into a supportive, judgment-free space where women can connect, reflect, and grow emotionally, personally, and spiritually. This is a circle rooted in female empowerment, sisterhood, and the wisdom of our divine feminine energy.

Connection is healing.&#x20;
Being heard is healing.&#x20;
Being in a room where you don’t have to explain yourself is healing.

In Healing Corazón, we come together to share experiences, name what’s been heavy, celebrate what’s been beautiful, and learn tools that support the nervous system and the heart.

🟢 CLASS STRUCTURE AND FLOW
☮️ Opening + Grounding: Arrive, settle, and set a gentle intention for the circle.
☮️ Check-In + Sharing: Guided check-in with space to share (always optional) and be witnessed with respect.
☮️ Lesson + Reflection: A heart-centered teaching or reflection theme to support personal and spiritual growth.
☮️ Closing + Integration: Gentle closing practice, gratitude, and support to carry the medicine of the circle with you.
