HIIT The Shop – “Full Throttle” is our high-intensity, HYROX-inspired conditioning class designed to push your limits, elevate endurance, and build real-world grit. With only 6 athletes per class, you'll rotate through six stations that blend functional training, cardio bursts, and strength conditioning using our specialty setup - running, dumbbells, battle rope, plyo boxes, Assault bike, and more.&#x20;

We move with purpose. Every week is intentionally programmed to build stamina, sharpen technique, and Fuel the Soul.&#x20;

Waiver and Release of Liability: By submitting this form, I waive and release all present and future claims against the MaddHippie, LLC (the "Company"), arising from any injury, disability, death, or property damage linked to my participation in the Activity. I commit to not bring any such claims against the Company and release them from liability for such claims, except for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or claims that Arizona law prohibits releasing through an agreement.

Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that the Activity involves potential dangers, including personal or psychological injury, pain, suffering, temporary or permanent disability, death, property damage, and/or financial loss. I understand that any injuries I might sustain could be caused by the Company's actions, omissions, or negligence, including emergency response or rescue operations. NOTWITHSTANDING THE RISK, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY WITH AN EXPRESS UNDERSTANDING OF THE DANGER INVOLVED AND AGREE TO ACCEPT AND ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS OF INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM THE ACTIVITY, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF THE COMPANY OR OTHERWISE.

Photo Release: I grant Company and its affiliates the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, and distribute any photographs, images, videos, sound recordings, or likenesses of the Client taken during performances, practice, events, or promotional activities, for marketing, promotional, or informational purposes. These materials may be used in various media including, but not limited to, websites, social media, brochures, and advertisements. I release and discharge Company from all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of said photographs, images, or likenesses.
