Flight Club is our **intermediate acro class** for people who already have a solid foundation in acro and are ready for more.

You should be comfortable with foundational poses like bird, throne, star and side star, basic transitions, and working safely with a spotter.

Each week we’ll play with new skills, transitions and sequences and have plenty of time to practice together.

**Acro experience required. No partner needed.** 🧡
