If you're new to pole dancing or looking to refresh your foundation & fundamental pole skills, this class is perfect for you. In this introductory class, you'll learn the basics of pole dance, including how to walk around the pole, interact with it, and master basic maneuvers. We’ll also focus on body awareness, muscle engagement, and essential safety practices.

Recommended attire: Shorts and a tank top.

No body lotion for 24 hours prior to class&#x20;

Foot attire: Barefoot, socks or heels with an ankle strap&#x20;
