Ready to take your pole journey upside down? Invert Conditioning is designed for Level 1+ pole students who are working toward stronger, cleaner, and more controlled inversions.

This class focuses on building the specific strength, endurance, and body awareness required for successful inverts and upside-down movements. Through a combination of pole conditioning drills, core strengthening, shoulder stability work, and invert progressions, you'll develop the strength needed to lift and control your body with confidence.

Whether you're working toward your first controlled invert or refining your technique, this class will help bridge the gap between foundational pole skills and more advanced aerial movements.
