Join us for the Grand Opening of Lifting Club’s Winter Arc Season ✨ Let’s start our Winter Arc Lock In Season the right way - Lifting in Community 🫶 
 
The Grand Opening will include a 45 min Full Body workout followed up with a Journaling session. The goal of this session is to map out our Winter Arc goals together in community. 

This workout session is beginner-friendly and its designed to teach you how to weightlift with proper form and progressive overload. Barbells, dumbbell, and journals included.
