New to aerial hoop? Lyra 101 is the perfect place to start! This beginner-friendly class introduces you to basic mounts, poses, transitions, and simple combinations while building strength, flexibility, and confidence in the hoop.

No previous aerial experience is required. Please wear fitted, comfortable clothing that covers the backs of your knees and bring water.
