Ready to elevate your aerial practice? Lyra Flow Level 1 is designed for students who have mastered the basics and are ready to expand their aerial vocabulary. This class focuses on building strength, confidence, and fluidity while introducing the next level of tricks, transitions, and sequencing.

Students will learn how to connect foundational skills into beautiful combinations, explore dynamic transitions, and develop smoother movement throughout the hoop. Emphasis is placed on technique, body awareness, and creating seamless flow between poses, allowing you to move with greater grace and control in the air.

Whether your goal is to improve performance quality, increase aerial endurance, or simply feel more confident linking skills together, this class will help you progress beyond individual tricks and begin telling a story through movement.

Perfect For: Students who have completed an introductory Lyra class or have a solid understanding of basic mounts, poses, and aerial fundamentals.

What to Wear: Form-fitting athletic clothing that covers the backs of the knees and underarms. Please remove jewelry before class.
