Wave Fusion Fitness offers dynamic fusion movement classes, including Dance Fitness, Strength Training, and Mat Pilates along with special Mama & Mini (babies, toddlers, kids) movement pop-ups designed for caregivers and children. All classes are designed to be inclusive and accessible—no prior dance experience is required. We proudly welcome participants of all levels.

This Mama&Mini class is designed to support moms in every stage of motherhood. Bring your little one along for a low-impact, high-vibes workout that's all about moving, connecting, and having fun together. This class is prenatal- and postnatal-friendly, making it a welcoming space for expecting moms and those newly postpartum. Babies and toddlers are welcome to join you in a baby carrier for added resistance, while older kids can play nearby or jump in and dance along.
