Simply Graceful Pilates — Class Waiver & Policies

I voluntarily participate in Pilates classes and understand that exercise, including heated classes, involves risks such as injury, dizziness, and dehydration. I accept these risks, agree to work within my abilities, and will stop if I feel unwell.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: To the extent permitted by Texas law, I release Simply Graceful Pilates, its owner, and instructors from claims arising from my participation, including injuries caused by their ordinary negligence. This release does not include gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Cancellation & Rescheduling: All sales are final. Please cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before class. Rescheduling is available through the SweatPals app or website under “Manage Ticket.” Late cancellations and no-shows result in the loss of your class credit, with no additional fee. Please be mindful of others waiting for a spot.

By signing or checking “I agree,” I confirm that I am 18 or older, have read this waiver, and agree to these terms.
