M’Bodied Beach Club is your weekly Saturday sunrise session built around strength, intention, and energy. We’re hitting the beach early, moving with purpose, and setting the tone before the day even starts.



Expect a music-driven sculpt session focused on core, glutes, and full-body strength, paired with intentional movement and a feel-good community vibe.&#x20;



Pull up solo or bring your girls!&#x20;

• Low-impact, mat-based sculpt + movement
• Music-driven, high-energy movement
• All levels welcome

📍 Marquette Park Beach
🗓 Saturdays starting May 30
⏰ Check-in begins at 5:45AM
☀️ Class starts at 6AM sharp



👜 A few things to know:
• Bring a mat + water + good energy
• It may still be a little cool in the morning, so bring a hoodie or sweatshirt
• Parking is available at the Gary Aquatorium parking lot, with a pathway leading directly to the beach

Participant Agreement & Release of Liability

By signing up for and/or participating in M’Bodied Beach Club: Sunrise Sessions, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Acknowledgment of Risk

I understand that participation in physical fitness activities, including Pilates, strength training, and movement-based exercise, involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to:

Muscle strains or injuries
Falls or slips (especially on sand or uneven surfaces)
Heat, weather, or environmental conditions
Other unforeseen physical injuries

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation.

2. Physical Readiness

I confirm that I am physically able to participate in this activity and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation.

I understand that it is my responsibility to:

Consult a physician if I have concerns
Modify movements as needed
Listen to my body at all times
3. Release of Liability

I hereby release and discharge:

M’Bodied Mvmt LLC, Marisa Winslow, and any assistants, partners, or affiliates

from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss.

4. Outdoor & Environmental Conditions

I acknowledge that this event takes place outdoors at Marquette Park Beach and that conditions may include:

Sand and uneven terrain
Weather changes (heat, wind, sun exposure)
Public environment factors

I accept full responsibility for my safety in these conditions.

5. Personal Responsibility

I agree to:

Participate at my own pace
Stay hydrated and prepared
Use proper equipment (mat, footwear if needed)
Follow all instructions provided
6. Photo & Media Release

I understand that photos and videos may be taken during class for promotional and marketing purposes.

By participating, I grant permission for my image and likeness to be used by M’Bodied Mvmt LLC for social media, marketing, and promotional content.

(If you prefer not to be included, please notify the instructor prior to class.)

7. No Refund / Donation Acknowledgment

I understand that participation is free and any donations made are voluntary and non-refundable.

8. Agreement & Signature

By signing up and/or participating, I acknowledge that:

I have read and understood this waiver
I voluntarily agree to all terms
I release M’Bodied Mvmt LLC from liability
