Meatpacking Athletic is launching 5am squads! Do you want to own the day before the noise starts? Done by 6am. The rest of the day is YOURS.&#x20;


Our community classes are designed to give you a taste of the squad experience — expect erg machines, free weights, and core movements in a supportive, social setting. 55-minute workout + 15 minutes for coffee. Wear black and stick around after class for complimentary coffee + good conversation. All fitness levels welcome.
