If you have never tried Reiki, sound healing, or meditation before, this is a beautiful place to begin. You do not need any previous experience.&#x20;



In this class, you will receive:&#x20;

Mind Body Reset is designed to give you space away from the noise of everyday life and an opportunity to come back to yourself while being supported by the presence of community.



We begin with a gentle, intuitively guided meditation to help you settle into the space, notice your breath, and become more present in your body.



You’ll receive the gentle, transformative energy of Reiki, focusing on removing blockages and rebalancing your energetic system. Each element is crafted to support you on your unique healing journey, bringing a sense of harmony, peace, and connection to yourself.



But one of the most meaningful parts of this class is the community that continues to form around it.



Some people are joining us for the very first time. Others return week after week. Over time, that creates a space where familiar faces begin to appear, relationships can form naturally, and you are reminded that you do not always have to move through life alone.



You are never required to socialize, share, or open up before you are ready. You are welcome to simply come in, receive, and be part of the space in whatever way feels comfortable for you.



Everything offered during class is an invitation.

☮️ **Welcome & Community Connection:** Settle into the space, meet your facilitator, connect with familiar and new faces, and learn what to expect. You may set an intention for the experience if you would like.
☮️ **Guided Meditation:** Ease into a state of calm and presence through a grounding meditation.
☮️ **Sound Healing & Reiki:** Experience a soothing combination of sound healing and Reiki to move stagnant energy, release energetic blockages and restore balance.
☮️ **Sharing & Reflection:** Opportunity to reflect, journal, or share your experience with the group. Conclude with a final grounding and intention-setting to carry peace forward.

There is also no “right” way to experience this class. You may feel deeply relaxed, notice thoughts or emotions arise, feel subtle sensations in your body, or simply enjoy having an hour where you do not need to do anything at all.
