Climbing asks a lot from our body – mobility, flexibility, stability. When we train all three together, we're not just getting “more flexible” or “stronger.” We're giving ourselves the ability to reach, move into, and confidently use the positions that climbing demands.

Mobility for Climbers is designed to help you move to your body’s full potential. Join Coach Nikki to build functional mobility for life on and off the wall. Each week, we’ll focus on a different area of the body. You’ll leave with knowledge of mobility core concepts and a routine you can repeat on your own.
