MOTHER is back in Calabasas.

You know the drill. 45 minutes of Pilates, babies doing whatever babies do, and a room full of moms who get it.

Expect a full-body workout with a focus on strength, core, mobility, and feeling really good in your body. Baby can hang on the mat, crawl around, or join you in a carrier for parts of class. All ages and stages are welcome — because we’re not really into rules around here.

Bring a mat, water, your baby + a carrier if you want to babywear.
