A 50-minute non-heated Pilates class followed by a relaxing sound healing experience at The Garden Hotel in Fort Lauderdale ✨



This class is designed for all levels and focuses on mindful movement, core strength, mobility, posture and full-body wellness in a welcoming and uplifting environment. Expect low-impact movements that leave you feeling strong, grounded and refreshed.



We’ll be partnering with House of Vibration to close out class with a calming sound healing experience designed to help you reset and reconnect.



Whether you’re new to Pilates or already on your wellness journey, this class is a space to move intentionally, connect with community, and pour back into yourself.

By participating in this Pilates class hosted by MoveWithVida Wellness, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. I understand that participation in physical exercise and wellness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, muscle strain, falls, or other physical complications.
2. I confirm that I am physically able to participate in this class and have consulted a physician if necessary regarding my participation.
3. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in this Pilates class and related activities.
4. I release and discharge MoveWithVida Wellness, The Garden Hotel, House of Vibration, event partners, instructors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur during or after participation.
5. I understand that this class may be photographed and/or filmed for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending, I grant permission for my likeness to be used in photos, videos, and social media content unless otherwise requested in writing prior to class.
6. I understand that I am responsible for bringing my own mat, water, and any personal items needed for class.

By attending this class, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver.
