I'm a Miami-based fitness coach, personal trainer, and hybrid athlete passionate about helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident—both physically and mentally.
As a former walk-on Division I rower at the University of Miami, I've always believed that growth happens when we challenge ourselves. Today, you'll find me training for HYROX races, marathons, triathlons, and spending as much time on the water as possible.
