Saturday 6am 50 minute class, same Sunnyhour energy you know and love (proceeds will be dedicated to supporting my mama). 

This class is for more than movement.
My family is walking through a really hard season right now. My mom was recently diagnosed with something I’m not ready to say out loud just yet. I believe with everything in me that she will heal, but right now, I’m doing everything I can to support her, help carry the financial weight while she’s unable to work, and be there for her in every way I can.

So during this season of extra support, I’m opening this class as PAY WHAT YOU CAN. 🌞

Maybe that’s $10. 
Maybe it’s our usual $25.
Maybe you feel called to give $30 or maybe somewhere in between, truly any amount that’s on your heart in extremely appreciated.
Or maybe your gift right now is simply praying for my mom, I value you that more than anything! 
Whatever you’re able to give, it makes a difference.

Every spot filled helps me keep working toward supporting my family. But more than that, every person who walks through the door reminds me that I have a community beside me.

I’ve always wanted Sunnyhour to be a place where we move together, encourage one another, and show up for each other. And right now, I’m asking my community to do just that for me❤️‍🩹

I don’t know exactly what this season will look like, but I know we don’t have to walk through it alone.
I’m choosing faith over fear, and I’m choosing to believe in healing. 🌞💛
